FarWest Nursery and Greenhouse Trade Show
Absolutely amazing...I have never seen anything like the FarWest Nursery and Greenhouse Industry Trade Show...The Oregon Convention Center was packed with exhibitors with amazing displays. Easy to find all kinds of wholesale goodies from plants to hardscape materials, books to tractors. Here's one of the displays the Oregon Association of Nurseries dropped in to spiff up the place...
And her is an equally beautiful display of perennials from one of the vendors:
I purchased these really cool stakes for my veggie rows...the seed packet just slips right in the top of the metal holder...you can laminate or cover with a see through bag if your packets are paper as mine are...in the long run, I know this will be less hassle and will contribute less waste, as I can use these over and over again. And, it requires minimal effort on my part, which creates a greater likelihood that I will actually use them! When I open my on line gardening store, I am thinking that this will be one of the products I will carry...what do you think, will it sell?
Unbelievable pottery, great for spiffing up your deck or patio...can you imagine the blue ones filled with hydrangeas? There are some varieties that thrive in containers.
And wouldn't this koi wall-mounted or stand fountain be yummy in a courtyard? The sound is heavenly... adding a water bowl container garden with water plants would create a divine experience...
I came home with so many catalogs I couldn't carry them all! I can't wait to tell you more about it as I sift through all of my goodies!

I love that fish fountain, how clever! :)
